At Wilson:
   As a Sophomore she was named to the Morning News All City Team, Region All Tournament & The 55th STBA All Southern Award
   Was the team MVP as a Junior and Senior

At FMU:
   Attended FMU where they won the National Championship in basketball in 1982

At Clemson:
   As a Senior was voted All-ACC & All State as a Senior in 1985
